Whether you rent out your house or not, it might be a nice idea that someone is looking after your house and that it looks well cared for. We provide some services to help you with that. You can combine some with the service for rental, but we also provide them separately.
We mow your lawn with a riding mower and trim any edges with the brush cutter. So your lawn will be beautiful and well maintained when you or your tenants arrive. Based on the size and type of your lawn, we can make you an offer.
You can choose for;
> Just mowing the gras
> Mowing and picking up the cut gras (especially when high gras)
> Cutting the edges with the brush cutter
If you also need some pruning to be done or if you have a lot of trees and leaves on your property, we can take care of this for you at an additional cost.
When your house is on the countryside and you don't expect to be there in wintertime, it can be wise to prepare your house for winter. Or maybe you would like the house to be warmed up and ready for summertime. You can think of;
> Disconnecting/connecting the water pipes and open/close all taps
> Cleaning or heating stoves/heating
> General cleaning
> Lawn maintenance
> Garden furniture in or out
